Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition for a primary tooth crown, an antibacterial primary tooth crown using the same, and a manufacturing method for the same. According to the present invention, the composition for a primary tooth crown includes: 30-50 wt% of poly lactic acid (PLA); 10-30 wt% of poly ε-caprolactone (PCL); 3-20 wt% of a compatibilizer; 0,5-2 wt% of zirconia (ZrO_2); and 10-30 wt% of an inorganic filler. According to the present invention, the composition for a primary tooth crown has a relatively excellent thermoform property, reduced brittleness, and relatively high rigidity while having excellent bio compatibility. The composition for a primary tooth crown has an excellent sustained-releasing property of an antibacterial substance and is useful for the formation of an antibacterial primary tooth crown. According to the present invention, the antibacterial primary tooth crown sustainably releases a natural antibacterial substance and suppresses proliferation of harmful bacteria in a mouth. So, the composition for a primary tooth crown effectively prevents oral cavity diseases and protects primary teeth. The composition for a primary tooth crown is harmless and has a high degree of bio compatibility, rigidity, and aesthetic impression, as well as reduced fragility. Also, the composition for a primary tooth crown can easily perform a shade guide that is actually the same color as that of a natural primary tooth. 본 발명은 유치관용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 항균성 유치관과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 유치관 조성물은 폴리락트산(poly(lactic acid): PLA) 30~50중량%, 폴리카프롤락톤(Poly(ε-caprolactone: PCL) 10~30중량%, 상용화제 3~20중량%, 지르코니아(ZrO) 0.5~2중량% 및, 무기 충진제 10~30중량%를 포함하며, 본 발명에 따른 유치관용 조성물은 생체 적합성이 우수하면서도 상대적으로 높은 강도와 저감된 취성(brittleness)에 더하여, 상대적으로 우수한 열성형 특성을 가지며, 우수한 항균물질 서방출성(sustained-releasing property)을 지니므로 항균성 유치관 성형에 유용하며, 본 발명에 따른 항균성 유치관은 천연 항균 물질을 서방출(sustained releasing)함으로써 구강 내 유해 세균의 증식을 억제하여 유치(primary teeth) 보호 및 구강 질환의 예방에 효과적이면서도 인체에 무해함과 아울러, 높은 생체 적합성 및 강도와 심미성, 그리고 저감된 취성을 지니며, 또한 천연 유치의 색상과 실질적으로 동일한 쉐이드 가이드(shade guide)를 용이하게 실현할 수가 있다.
