The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing clamps for a high pressure rice cooker, which can easily manufacture semicircular clamps by automatically bending a channel along the radius of curvature of a clamp, increase an output and reduce personnel expenses. The apparatus for manufacturing clamps for a high pressure rice cooker includes: a frame (100) having a body (110), a die (210), a mounting block (130) and a channel stopper (140); a bending mold (200) mounted on the die (120) and having a channel bending groove (210) to which a channel (10) is inserted; a mold pressing disc (300) mounted on the mounting block (130) to press an upper portion of the bending mold (200); a channel pressing member (400) mounted at one side of the bending mold (200) and having a plurality of bending guide rollers (410) mounted at one side of the bending mold (200) fit into the channel bending groove (210); a channel separation member (500) mounted at the other side of the bending mold (200) and having a retained member (510) fit into the channel bending groove (210); a motor (600) mounted in the body (110) to rotate the bending mold (200) forwardly and backwardly; cylinders (700)(710)(720) respectively operating the mold pressing disc (300), the channel pressing member (400) and the channel separation member (500); and a controller (800) for controlling operations of the motor (600) and the cylinders (700)(710)(720). 본 발명은 찬넬을 클램프의 곡률반경에 맞추어 자동으로 벤딩하여 반원형의 클램프를 용이하게 제조하고, 이를 통해 생산량을 증대시키는 동시에 인건비를 절감할 수 있는 압력밥솥용 클램프 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 몸체(110)와 다이(120) 및 설치대(130)와 찬넬스토퍼(140)를 구비하는 프레임(100); 다이(120)에 설치되어 찬넬(10)이 끼워지는 찬넬벤딩홈(210)을 구비하는 벤딩금형(200); 설치대(130)에 설치되어 벤딩금형(200)의 상부를 가압하는 금형가압원판(300); 벤딩금형(200)의 일측에 설치되어 찬넬벤딩홈(210)으로 끼워지는 다수의 벤딩안내롤러(410)를 구비하는 찬넬가압부재(400); 벤딩금형(200)의 타측에 설치되어 찬넬벤딩홈(210)으로 끼워지는 걸림구(510)를 구비하는 찬넬이탈부재(500); 몸체(110)에 내장되어 벤딩금형(200)을 정역으로 회전시키는 모터(600); 금형가압원판(300)과 찬넬가압부재(400) 및 찬넬이탈부재(500)를 각각 작동시키는 실린더(700)(710)(720); 모터(600)와 실린더(700)(710)(720)의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러(800)를 포함하여 구성된다.
