Steel Automatic packaging machine

An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum packing machine for a steel product with which a packaging material occupies a small volume. With the present invention, steel products produced in a steel mill are prevented from corroding during transportation and storage over a long period of time even without additional surface treatment. The present invention is installed in the vicinity of a conveyor of a coil packaging device and is transferred by the conveyor, comprising: a turntable rotating a coil installed in a packaging base having leads formed with a band support groove with the packaging base; a banding unit installed in the frame and packaging the coil supported by the packaging base; and a band supplying unit supplying a packaging band to the banding unit, wherein a band guiding unit installed on both sides of a packaging unit and guiding the band supplied through the banding unit to the support groove of each lead of the packaging base. The vacuum packaging machine for a steel product according to the present invention includes: a work shelf provided with a central support supporting the central lower portion of a steel product while moving up and down and a pair of support rollers supporting the lower portion of the steel product while moving to the left and right; a vacuum generator connected to the air discharge port and suctioning the air in a plastic pack and vacuumizing the pack after filling the pack with nitrogen; and a pair of thermal bonding bars installed inside the support roller and performing thermal bonding on an open lower portion of the plastic pack while moving with the support roller. 본 발명은 코일 포장장치의 컨베이어와 인접되게 설치되어 컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 것으로, 밴드 지지홈이형성된 리드들을 가진 포장베이스에 설치된 코일을 포장베이스와 같이 회전시키는 턴테이블과, 상기 프레임에설치되어 포장베이스에 지지된 코일을 포장하기 위한 밴딩유닛과, 상기 밴딩유닛에 포장을 위한 밴드를 공급하는 밴드 공급유닛을 구비하며, 포장유닛의 양측에 설치되어 밴딩 유닛을 통하여 공급되는 밴드를 포장베이스의 각 리드의 지지홈으로 유도하는 밴드 유도 유닛을 구비한다. 본 발명의 철강제품 진공포장기는 승하강하면서 철강제품의 중앙하부를 지지하는 중앙지지대 및 좌우로 이동하면서 철강제품의 하부를 지지하는 한 쌍의 지지롤러가 구비된 작업선반과, 상기 공기배출구와 연결되어 비닐팩 내부에 질소를 충전한 다음 비낼팩 내부의 공기를 흡입하여 진공상태로 만드는 진공발생기와, 지지롤러의 내측에 설치되어 지지롤러와 함께 이동하면서 비닐팩의 개방하부를 열접합시키는 한 쌍의 열접합용 바로 구성된다.
