According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrical overload protecting element comprises: a filter unit configured to filter a high speed signal; a protection unit having a protection function against an electrical overload and static electricity; a forward diode serially connected to the protection unit; and a molding unit configured to mold the forward diode, wherein a first package includes the filter unit, a second package includes the forward diode, a flip chip is laminated on the first package, and either one of the first package or the second package includes the protection unit.
