Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of graphene oxide which comprises: a first step of creating a product which includes graphite oxide by conducting reaction of a flake type graphite-based substance, an acid solution and an oxidant; a second step of isolating a graphene oxide product by removing a spent oxidant and spent acid in the product; a third step of performing electrolysis to a graphene oxide product from the second step; a fourth step of washing a graphene oxide product from the third step by utilizing a Couette-Taylor reactor; and a fifth step of processing filtration by adding an alcohol-based solvent to the washed suspension. According to the present invention, provided is economical and environment-friendly graphene oxide, with high quality, from which interlayer impurities are removed with small washing times and a small amount of water in a graphene oxide washing step.
본 발명은 산화 그래핀 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 플레이크(flake)타입 흑연계 물질, 산 용액 및 산화제를 반응시켜서 산화 그래파이트를 포함하는 생성물을 생성하는 제1 단계, 상기 생성물에서 폐산화제 및 폐산을 제거하여 산화 그래핀 생성물을 분리하는 제2 단계, 상기 제2단계를 거친 산화 그래핀 생성물에 전기분해를 실시하는 제3단계, 상기 제3단계를 거친 산화 그래핀 생성물을 쿠에트-테일러 반응기를 이용하여 세척하는 제4단계 및 상기 세척된 현탁액에 알코올계 용매를 첨가하여 필터링 하는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따르면 산화 그래핀 세척 단계에서 층간 불순물을 적은 세척횟수 및 적은 물 사용으로 제거한 고품질의 경제적, 친환경적인 산화 그래핀을 제공할 수 있다. |
