Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an insulation apparatus for a cross-arm of an electric pole and a method for manufacturing a cross-arm. The insulation apparatus for a cross-arm of an electric pole comprises: a hollow tube member; and an insulating tube which is in close contact with at least an outer circumferential surface of the tube member and surrounds the tubular member, wherein the insulating tube is made of an insulating shape memory resin to prevent failure and accidents from occurring by eliminating a current path by insulation, thereby significantly reducing an investment cost for failure prevention while stably supplying power. 본 발명은 전주의 완철용 절연장치 및 절연성 완철의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 중공의 관부재; 및 상기 관부재의 적어도 외주면에 밀착되어 상기 관부재를 둘러싸는 절연튜브를 포함하고, 상기 절연튜브는 절연성 형상기억수지로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하여서, 절연에 의한 통전 경로를 제거하여 고장 내지 사고를 예방할 수 있게 됨으로써, 안정적인 전력 공급은 물론, 고장 예방을 위한 투자 비용을 획기적으로 절감시킬 수 있다.
