Inspecting apparatus for electronic device

The present invention relates to a probe for inspecting an electronic device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the probe for inspecting an electronic device includes a plurality of probe pins which are electrically connected to a plurality of terminals provided at one end of the electronic device and are formed to have elasticity along a length direction, a fixing plate which has a plurality of through holes which a plurality of probe pins are inserted into to expose both the ends of the plurality of probe pins, a driving film which has one end electrically connected to the one end of each of the plurality of probe pins and applies a test signal for inspecting an electronic device to each of the plurality of probe pins, and a probe block for fixedly coupling the fixing plate and the driving film. It is possible to correctly perform the inspection process. 본 발명은 전자 소자 검사용 프로브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전자 소자 검사용 프로브는, 일단이 전자 소자에 구비된 복수의 단자에 전기적으로 연결되며, 길이 방향을 따라 탄성을 가지도록 형성된 복수의 프로브 핀(Probe pin)과, 복수의 프로브 핀의 양단이 상하로 노출되도록 복수의 프로브 핀이 삽입 결합되는 복수의 관통 홈이 형성된 고정 플레이트와, 일단이 복수의 프로브 핀 각각의 타단에 전기적으로 연결되며, 복수의 프로브 핀 각각에 전자 소자를 검사하기 위한 테스트 신호를 인가하는 구동 필름 및 고정 플레이트 및 구동 필름을 고정 결합시키는 프로브 블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
