Zusammenfassung:	A serial-parallel converting circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a switch which is turned on and off in accordance with a control signal, and an automatic switching circuit which automatically connects the output of a first power supply device and the output of a second power supply device in series or in parallel in conjunction with the on/off of the switch.
