Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for immunity enhancement using a water extract of Orostachys japonicus, which promotes the production of NO in a concentration-dependent manner in RAW 264.7 cells, promotes the production of cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 in a concentration-dependent manner, and also promotes the expression of iNOS in a concentration-dependent manner. The water extract of Orostachys japonicus of the present invention is obtained by boiling Orostachys japonicus in water for 18 hours or more at room temperature. 본 발명은 RAW 264.7 세포에서 NO의 생성을 농도 의존적으로 촉진하고 TNF-α, IL-6 및 IL-10 등의 사이토카인 생성을 농도 의존적으로 촉진하며 또한 iNOS의 발현을 농도 의존적으로 촉진하는 와송 물 추출물을 이용한 면역 증강용 조성물을 개시한다.
