Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a manufacturing method of ox soup which comprises the following steps: cutting edible beef including ox feet; dipping the cut edible beef in water; par-boiling the edible beef dipped in water; washing the par-boiled edible beef; steaming the washed edible beef to obtain broth in which the ox feet are melted; filtering the broth with a mesh; and packaging the filtered broth. The present invention also provides the ox soup manufactured by using the method. The ox soup of the present invention contains an abundant amount of collagen, and does not contain hair from ox feet, thereby exhibiting excellent palatability. 우족(牛足)을 포함하는 가식(可食)용 우육(牛肉)을 절단하는 단계; 상기 절단된 가식용 우육을 물에 담그는 단계; 상기 물에 담근 가식용 우육을 데치는 단계; 상기 데친 가식용 우육을 세척하는 단계; 상기 세척된 가식용 우육을 증숙하여, 상기 우족이 녹은 육수를 수득하는 단계; 상기 육수를 메쉬(mesh)로 필터링하는 단계; 및 상기 필터링된 육수를 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 우탕 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 따라 제조된 우탕이 제공된다.
