Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to reinforce a pillar of a building. According to the present invention, the apparatus to reinforce a pillar of a building comprises: a reinforcement steel plate having a flat U-shaped cross section opened to a rear surface when being viewed from the top, and including a fixing hole and a connection window perforated on a front surface at a predetermined length interval; a fixing member of a set anchor type penetrating the fixing hole to be driven into the pillar; and a connection member of a chemical anchor type penetrating the connection window to be driven into the pillar. Moreover, the method to reinforce a pillar of a building comprises: a reinforcement position selecting step (S1) of selecting a pillar requiring reinforcement; a reinforcement steel plate fixing step (S2) of fixing the reinforcement steel plate on the pillar with the fixing member; a main and hoop rebar detection step (S3) of detecting a main rebar and a hoop rebar in a pillar portion inside the connection window to mark a position for driving the connection member therein; a connection member connecting step (S4) of allowing one side to protrude inside the reinforcement steel plate while deeply driving the other side of the connection member on the marked position; and a concrete depositing step (S6) of filling a hollow portion inside the reinforcement steel plate with concrete. Accordingly, the connection member is vertically and deeply driven into the pillar without damaging the main and hoop rebars of the pillar, and the reinforcement steel plate is filled with the concrete, and thus the pillar is reinforced.
본 발명은 건축물 기둥의 보강장치 및 보강방법에 관한 것으로, 건축물 기둥의 보강장치는 배면으로 트인 평면상 디귿자 단면으로 정면에 일정 길이 간격으로 고정홀과 연결창이 뚫린 보강강판과, 고정홀을 관통하여 기둥에 박히는 세트앵커 방식의 고정부재와, 연결창을 관통하여 기둥에 박히는 케미컬앵커 방식의 연결부재를 포함하며, 보강방법은 건축물 기둥의 보강방법은 보강이 필요한 기둥을 선정는 보강위치 선정단계(S1), 보강강판을 고정부재로 기둥에 고정하는 보강강판 고정단계(S2), 연결창 안의 기둥 부분 속 주근과 대근을 탐지하여 연결부재를 박을 위치를 표시하는 주근대근 탐지단계(S3), 표시된 위치에 연결부재의 일측을 깊게 박되, 타측을 보강강판 내측으로 돌출시키는 연결부재 연결단계(S4), 보강강판의 빈속을 콘크리트로 충전하는 콘크리트 타설단계(S6)를 통해 기둥의 주근과 대근에 손상을 주지 않으면서, 연결부재를 기둥에 수직으로 깊이 박고, 보강강판을 콘크리트로 충전하여 기둥을 보강하는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
