Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high-strength steel sheet with excellent seam weldability and having a tensile strength equal to or greater than 1180Mpa, in which the steel sheet comprises: 0.12-0.40 wt% of C; 0.03-0.5 wt% of Si; 0.01-1.5 wt% of Mn; 0.032-0.15 wt% of Al; 0.01 wt% or less of N; 0.02 wt% or less of P; 0.01 wt% or less of S; 0.01-0.2 wt% of Ti; 0.0001-0.01 wt% of B; and the remaining including iron and inevitable impurities, wherein Ceq1(=C+Mn/5+Si/13) is equal to or less than 0.50 wt%, and a steel structure is a martensite single structure.
심 용접성이 우수하고 인장 강도가 1180MPa 이상인 고강도 강판으로서, 강판의 화학 성분이, C: 0.12 내지 0.40%, Si: 0.003 내지 0.5%, Mn: 0.01 내지 1.5%, Al: 0.032 내지 0.15%, N: 0.01% 이하, P: 0.02% 이하, S: 0.01% 이하, Ti: 0.01 내지 0.2% 이하, 및 B: 0.0001 내지 0.01%를 만족시키고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어짐과 함께, Ceq1(=C+Mn/5+Si/13)이 0.50% 이하이며, 강 조직이 마르텐사이트 단일 조직이다. |
