Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a water hammer absorber which is applied to a water pipe by being firmly coupled by a compression type instead of a connection method such as soldering. According to the present invention, the water hammer absorber comprises: a pipe (12) of which one end is opened; a piston (14) inserted into the pipe (12) to be lifted; and a connection coupling port (16) inserted into the inside of a lower end of the pipe (12), and coupled to a pipe line. In an end of the pipe (12), the pipe (12) and the connection coupling port (16) are coupled not to be separated from each other in a state of being fixated by a shaft pipe unit (12b) compressed through a compression process in a compression groove (16d) formed in a circumferential direction of the connection coupling port (16). Moreover, at least one protrusion (12a) is formed along a circumferential direction in the shaft pipe unit (12b) while leaving a distance.
본 발명은 납땜과 같은 접속방법이 아닌 압착식에 의해 확실하게 결합하여 수도관에 적용할 수 있도록 한 워터햄머 흡수기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 한쪽 단부가 개방된 파이프(12)와; 상기 파이프(12)의 내부에 삽입되어 승강되는 피스톤(14)과; 상기 파이프(12)의 하단 내부에 삽입되고, 배관 라인에 체결되는 접속 체결구(16)를 포함하고, 상기 파이프(12)의 단부는, 파이프(12)와 접속 체결구(16)가 결합되어서 분리되지 않고 고정된 상태를 유지하도록 접속 체결구(16)의 원주방향으로 형성되는 압착홈(16d)에 압착 공정을 통해 압착되는 축관부(12b)가 형성되고, 상기 축관부(12b)에는 원주방향을 따라 간격을 두고 하나 이상의 돌기부(12a)가 형성되는 것이다. |
