Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the purity of chlorophyll-a in a microalgae extract, comprising a washing step using hexane after ethanol extraction, and a method for manufacturing microalgae extract in which the purity of chlorophyll-a is enhanced. The method of the present invention is an economical method compared with the method of increasing the purity using a column, and the microalgae extract containing chlorophyll-a manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention can be usefully used for foods or medicines. 본 발명은 에탄올 추출 후에 헥산을 이용한 세정 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세조류 추출물 내의 클로로필 a의 순도를 증진시키는 방법 및 클로로필 a의 순도가 증진된 미세조류 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법은 컬럼(column)을 이용한 순도 증진 방법에 비해 경제적인 방법이며, 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 클로로필 a 함유 미세조류 추출물은 식품 또는 의약품 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
