Zusammenfassung:Provided is a preparation method of hydrogen using by-product gas from iron manufacturing. The preparation method of hydrogen using by-product gas from iron manufacturing of the present invention includes: a gas purification step of purifying the by-product gas; a hydrogen separation step of separating hydrogen from the by-product gas through hydrogen pressure swing adsorption (PSA); a reformation step of making remaining methane-rich gas after hydrogen separation react with a catalyst to be reformed; an aqueous purification step of purifying the reformed methane-rich gas through aqueous purification; and a hydrogen separation step of separating hydrogen from the gas passed through the aqueous purification step through hydrogen pressure swing adsorption (PSA). 본 발명은 제철 부생가스를 이용한 수소 제조 방법를 제공한다. 본 발명의 제철 부생가스를 이용한 수소 제조 방법은 부생 가스를 정제하는 가스 정제 단계; 정제된 부생 가스에서 수소 압력변동흡착(PSA)을 통해 수소를 분리하는 수소 분리 단계; 수소가 분리되고 남은 메탄 다량 함유가스를 촉매와 반응시켜 개질시키는 개질 단계; 개질된 메탄 다량 함유가스를 수성정제하는 수성정제 단계; 상기 수성정제 단계를 통과한 가스에서 수소 압력변동흡착(PSA)을 통해 수소를 분리하는 수소 분리 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
