Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, a plate-shaped fingerprint recognition card includes a first region which receives power from its own battery, transfers the power supplied from its own battery to a second region in response to the input of a power button, and activates a third region based on a fingerprint authentication result provided from the second region, the second region which is activated in response to the power supplied from the first region and includes a fingerprint recognition sensor which senses a fingerprint which a user inputs, and the third region which is activated based on the control of the first region. Accordingly, the present invention can increase payment security. 본 발명에 의한 판상의 지문 인식 카드는, 판상의 지문 인식 카드에 있어서, 자체 배터리로부터 전원을 공급받고 전원버튼의 입력에 응답하여 제2 영역에 자체 배터리로부터 제공된 전원을 전달하며, 제2 영역에서 제공된 지문 인증 결과에 기초하여 제3 영역의 활성화를 제어하는 제1 영역, 제1 영역으로부터 공급된 전원에 응답하여 활성화되며, 사용자가 입력하는 지문을 감지하는 지문 인식 센서를 구비하는 제2 영역, 및 제1 영역의 제어에 기초하여 활성화되는 제3 영역을 포함한다.
