Method of manufacturing an environmentally friendly kraftdeco paper and the melamin laminating sheet using this mathod

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an environmentally-friendly kraftdeco paper, a melamine cosmetic board using the kraftdeco paper, and a method of manufacturing the melamine cosmetic board. The method of manufacturing a melamine cosmetic board using an environmentally-friendly kraftdeco paper of the present invention comprises: a step in which a kraft paper is coated with white Titan white and an ink and dried to produce a kraft paper printed with a particular design; a step in which a melamine resin is impregnated in an overlay paper and dried to produce a malamine-coated overlay paper; a step in which the kraft paper produced in the step of producing a kraft paper is impregnated with phenol and dried to produce a phenol-impregnated paper; and a step in which the overlay paper is laminated on the kraft paper produced in each previous step and press-molded to produce a melamine cosmetic board. In the present invention, after color-coating a piece of paper-based pattern-printed paper with an ink containing a particular inorganic material, a kraft paper is phenol-impregnated through design printing and drying and is adhesive-molded by pressing the melamine-impregnated overlay paper directly thereon, thereby eliminating the use of deco papers conventionally placed between kraft papers and overlay papers. Thus, the present invention reduces the use of raw materials and production processes, and thus can significantly reduce the production cost; fundamentally eliminates defects due to the deco papers; and permits the manufactured melamine cosmetic board to be thinner while maintaining characteristics such as strength.
