Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for removing dissolved organic matters from deep sea water and producing mineral water. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for removing dissolved organic matters from deep sea water and producing mineral water, which can produce hard water having various functionalities and efficiency while satisfying water quality standards through water quality adjustment during a seawater desalination process. The method comprises: a seawater storage step for taking deep sea water and storing the same in a prepared adjustment tank; a seawater desalination step for removing dissolved organic matters including salts from the deep sea water stored in the adjustment tank in the seawater storage step to produce drinking water with high purity or/and usable water; and an ion exchange step for further filtering residual salts, dissolved organic matters, and substances harmful to a human body still remaining in the drinking water or/and usable water even after the seawater desalination step, to produce pure water. 본 발명은 해양심층수의 용존유기물질 제거 및 미네랄워터 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 해수담수화(海水淡水化, seawater desalination) 과정 중의 수질조정을 통해 먹는 물 수질기준에 부합하면서도 기능성과 효율성을 두루 갖춘 고경도수(高硬度水)로 전환사용할 수 있도록 하는 해양심층수의 용존유기물질 제거 및 미네랄워터 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 해양심층수를 취수하여 준비된 조정조에 저장하는 해수저장단계; 상기 해수저장단계로 상기 조정조에 저장된 해양심층수로부터 염분을 포함한 용존유기물질을 제거하여 순도 높은 음용수 또는/및 사용수를 얻어내는 해수담수화단계; 및, 상기 해수담수화단계에 따른 수질조정에도 음용수 또는/및 사용수 속에 미세하게 남아있는 염분과 용존유기물질 그리고 인체 유해성분을 추가로 더 걸러서 순수를 얻어내는 이온교환단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
