Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a device and a method for manufacturing a mask, which can proceed with in-line from supply of a raw material of a mask to packing of the mask manufactured by the raw material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for manufacturing a mask comprises: a body forming unit forming a mask body; and a mask forming unit forming an earring part on the mask body, and forming the mask. The mask forming unit includes an earring part forming part. The earring part forming part includes: a strap supplying member supplying a strap which is the raw material of the earring part; and a strap moving member moving the strap supplied from the strap supplying member. 실시예에 따른 마스크 제조 장치는, 마스크 본체를 형성하는 본체 형성 유닛 및 상기 마스크 본체에 귀걸이부를 형성하여 마스크를 형성하는 마스크 형성 유닛을 포함하고, 상기 마스크 형성 유닛은 귀걸이부 형성부를 포함하고, 상기 귀걸이부 형성부는 상기 귀걸이부의 원재료인 끈을 공급하는 끈 공급 부재 및 상기 끈 공급 부재로부터 공급된 상기 끈을 이동시키는 끈 이동 부재를 포함한다.
