Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fluoroplastic composition having excellent flexibility and a cable including an insulating layer formed therefrom. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fluoroplastic composition and a cable including an insulating layer formed therefrom, which are excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance so as to be used as an insulating layer material of a high heat resistance wire for a vehicle, are excellent in flexibility and abrasion durability which is an opposite relation to the flexibility, and additionally improves cold resistance, oil resistance and extrudability. The fluoroplastic composition comprises a base resin which includes a fluoroplastic having a melting point of 100 to 170°C, a fluoro rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4(100°C)) of 40 to 80 and a synthetic rubber having content of a polar monomer of 50 to 80 wt%.
