Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides an insulating porous layer for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having an excellent charging resistance property. The insulating porous layer for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is formed by image analysis of each cross-section image obtained by observing FIB-SEM measurement at a magnification of 6500 times at an interval of 20 nm from a surface in a thickness direction.
