Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a C/C composite on which a carbon nanotube is coated on a carbon fiber non-woven, a manufacturing method and a use thereof. The composite of the present invention can control physical properties by controlling a concentration of an aqueous dispersion and the number of times of coating the non-woven with the aqueous dispersion. Also, the present invention has excellent tensile strength, an electromagnetic wave shielding effect and thermal conductivity and can be used as a material of an electromagnetic wave shielding material while maintaining advantages of a carbon-based material compared to a conventional carbon-based material. The manufacturing method of a carbon fiber composite comprises a step of coating the aqueous dispersion of a carbon nanotube oxide on the carbon fiber non-woven. 본 발명은 탄소 섬유 부직포에 탄소나노튜브가 코팅된 C/C 복합재, 이의 제조방법 및 용도를 제공한다. 본 발명의 복합재는 수분산액의 농도 및 수분산액으로 부직포를 코팅하는 횟수를 조절함으로써 물성을 조절할 수 있으며, 기존의 탄소 기반 소재와 비교할 때 탄소 기반 소재의 장점을 유지하면서 뛰어난 인장 강도, 전자파 차폐 효과 및 열 전도성을 가져 전자파 차폐재의 재료로 사용할 수 있다.
