The present invention relates to a system for providing an urgent message and guidance information in a public transportation means through a Wi-Fi connection. A vehicle operation server (22) installed inside a vehicle to be operated includes a router (11) for enabling a passenger taking the vehicle to transmit a connectable Wi-Fi signal to his or her own terminal and a GPS (12) for securing the position information of the vehicle. One or more external networks are connected to the router (11). The vehicle operation server (22) includes an operation information guidance DB (14) including information for transmitting the guidance information according to the position of the vehicle, an emergency guidance module (13) for transmitting the guidance information in an emergency situation, and a text output module (15) and a voice output module (16) for directly transmitting the guidance information to the terminal connected to the router (11).
