Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a metal-containing silica-supported sodium tungstate catalyst, a production method thereof, and an oxidative dimerization method for methane using the same. The catalyst is supported, onto a silicon oxide carrier, with sodium tungstate and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of aluminum, magnesium, zinc, copper, cobalt, cerium, lanthanum, nickel, lithium, chromium, and manganese. By increasing conversion rate of methane and selectivity of a C_(2+) hydrocarbon compound, it is possible to increase reactivity in the oxidative dimerization of methane.
본 명세서에는 금속이 첨가된, 실리카-담지 나트륨 텅스테이트 촉매, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 메탄의 산화이량화 반응방법이 개시된다. 상기 촉매는 실리콘 산화물 담체에 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 아연, 구리, 코발트, 세륨, 란타늄, 니켈, 리튬, 크롬 및 망간으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 금속 및 나트륨 텅스테이트가 담지되어 메탄의 전환율과 C탄화수소 화합물의 선택도를 증가시켜 메탄의 산화이량화 반응성을 향상시켜 주는 효과가 있다. |
