FEMUR FIXING APPARATUS

The present invention provides a femur fixing device comprising: an outer body (110) which is inserted into a bone marrow rod; an inner body (120) a front part of which is inserted into the outer body, and which has a spiral part (127) formed one a rear part; and an adjustment screw (130) which is inserted from a front side of the outer body, and is screw-coupled to the inner body to longitudinally move the inner body by rotation. A slot (128) of a predetermined size is longitudinally formed in the spiral part. According to the present invention, due to such configuration, the slot is formed in the spiral part inserted into a femoral head, and at the same time, bone cement is added thereto such that a bone of the femoral head and the spiral part are strongly combined, thereby providing an advantageous effect of providing strong coherence even during a process to pull the fixing device in order to return the same to a position before fracture. 본 발명은 골수로드에 삽입되는 외부몸체(110); 상기 외부몸체에 전방부가 삽입되고 후방부에는 스파이럴부(127)가 형성된 내부몸체(120); 및 상기 외부몸체의 전방에서 삽입되고 상기 내부몸체와 나사결합되어 회전에 의해 상기 내부몸체를 길이방향으로 이동시키는 조절스크루(130);를 포함하고, 상기 스파이럴부에는 길이방향으로 소정 크기의 슬롯(128)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대퇴부 고정장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 위 구성에 의해서, 대퇴골두에 삽입되는 스파이럴부에 슬롯을 형성하고 이곳에 골시멘트 등을 부가하여 골두의 뼈와 스파이럴부가 강하게 결합함으로써 고정장치를 골절 전 위치로 복원시키기 위해 잡아당기는 과정에서도 강한 결합력을 발휘하는 유리한 효과가 발생한다.
