Reversing cylinder position fixing device for Die spotting press

The present invention relates to a device for fixing a position of a reversing cylinder of a die spotting press. When a piston is pulled, the device obtains a recovery force by compressing a compression spring. When a force pulling the piston is removed, the piston is recovered via elasticity of the compression spring and is not able to reverse any longer by being latched to a support body. A position of a hook is precisely maintained with unchanged elasticity when the reversing cylinder is reversely operated such that the reversing cylinder can be precisely coupled when being re-installed after the reverse. 본 발명은 다이 스포팅 프레스의 반전실린더의 위치를 고정하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 피스톤이 당겨지면 압축스프링을 압축하면서 복귀력을 갖게 되고 피스톤이 당겨지는 힘이 제거되면 압축스프링의 탄성으로 피스톤이 복귀하면서 지지체에 걸려 더 이상 후진하지 못하도록 구성한 위치고정장치를 구비하여 반전실린더의 반전작동시 변함없는 탄성으로 걸고리의 위치를 정확하게 유지하여 반전 후 다시 장착시에도 정확하게 결합이 이루어지도록 위치고정장치를 개선한 것이다.
