Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a surface treatment method and an electrodeposition coating method of a large area magnesium alloy, in which wear resistance and corrosion resistance are all excellent, and etching of a surface roughness is reduced in chemical treatment such that coating adhesiveness is improved, environment pollution is reduced, and an operation environment is improved. The surface treatment method of a large area magnesium alloy comprises: a pretreatment step of a large area magnesium alloy including sanding, acid-degreasing, etching, and neutralization processes; and a chemical treatment step of immersing the magnesium alloy into a chemical treatment liquid for the large area magnesium alloy. 본 발명은 내마모성과 내식성이 모두 우수하고, 화성처리 시에 표면조도가 에칭되는 것을 줄여 도장 밀착성을 향상시키며, 환경오염을 줄이고 작업환경이 개선된 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 표면처리 및 전착도장 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 샌딩, 산탈지, 에칭 및 중화공정을 포함하는 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 전처리 단계; 및 대면적 마그네슘 합금용 화성처리액에 마그네슘 합금을 침지시켜 화성처리하는 단계를 포함하는 대면적 마그네슘 합금의 표면처리방법을 제공한다.
