Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a dielectric ceramic material for a support of a resonator and a filter used in a wireless communication system and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a Zn_1.9-xM_xSi_1.05O_4 ceramic material composition having uniform sintering properties and dielectric properties in a high frequency band. As described above, according to the present invention, not only high dielectric properties can be obtained, but also an effect of realizing uniform and reproducible sintering properties and dielectric properties can be expected. 본 발명은 무선통신 시스템에서 사용되는 공진기 및 필터의 지지대를 위한 유전체 세라믹 소재 및 그 제조방법에 관련한 것으로, 고주파 대역에서 균일한 소결성 및 유전특성을 가지는 ZnMSiO계 세라믹 소재 조성물을 제공하는 것이다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의하면 고주파 대역에서 높은 유전 특성을 얻을 수 있음은 물론, 균일하고 재현성 있는 소결성 및 유전 특성을 구현하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
