Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method for producing fast dissolving nanofiber mat formulations for orally administrating a herbal medicine extract, which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing a herbal extract, a polyvinyl alcohol, and a polyethylene glycol-vinylcaprolactam-vinyl acetate grafted copolymer (soluplus) to obtain a mixture; and (b) producing the mixture obtained in the step (a) as a nanofiber mat formulation by electrospinning. The fast dissolving nanofiber mat formulations produced by the method showed fast (within 3 minutes) dissolving properties, and thus can be used as fast dissolving mat formulations for oral cancer treatment which can be ingested without a drink in the mouth. 본 발명은 (a) 생약 추출물, 폴리비닐알콜, 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜-비닐카프로락탐-비닐아세테이트 그래프트화된 공중합체(솔루플러스)를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 단계(a)에서 얻은 혼합물을 전기방사법에 의해 나노 섬유 매트 제형으로 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 생약 추출물의 구강내 투여용 속붕해성 나노 섬유 매트 제형의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 속붕해성 나노 섬유 제형은 빠른(3분 내) 붕해 특성을 보여, 구강 내에서 음료가 없이도 섭취할 수 있는 구강암 치료용 속붕해성 매트 제형으로 사용될 수 있다.
