Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a forged product for a bearing having a flange comprising medium carbon steel, which comprises: a pre-heating step of pre-heating a medium carbon steel element; a forging step of molding the pre-heated element as a semi-finished product; a control-cooling step of stabilizing the structure of the molded semi-finished product molded in the forming step; and a processing step of processing the semi-finished product with the stabilized structure as a bearing forged product. In the control-cooling step, latent heat of the forged semi-finished product can be used to stabilize the structure of the forged semi-finished product. 본 발명의 중탄소강으로 이루어진 플랜지를 구비한 베어링용 단조품 제조 방법은 중탄소강으로 이루어진 소재를 예열하는 예열 단계와, 예열된 소재를 반제품으로 성형하는 단조 단계와, 단조 단계에서 성형된 성형 반제품의 조직을 안정화하는 제어냉각단계와, 조직이 안정화된 반제품을 베어링 단조품으로 가공하는 가공 단계로 이루어지며; 상기 제어냉각단계에서는 단조 성형된 반제품의 잠열을 이용하여 단조 성형된 반제품의 조직을 안정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중탄소강으로 이루어진 플랜지를 구비한 베어링용 단조품 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
