Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a lightweight composite board for a bed, which can be used as an upper plate for a stone bed or a soil bed, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the lightweight composite board comprises: a stone plate preparation step; a first stirring step; a coagulant putting step; a second stirring step; a drying step; and an attachment step. In the stone plate preparation step, a stone plate is processed into a certain size, and the surface of the stone plate is cleaned. In the first stirring step, 80-100 parts by weight of sawdust and 30-50 parts by weight of charcoal are mixed based on 100 parts by weight of loess powder, and the mixture is stirred by using an agitator until the mixture is uniformly mixed so as to prepare a first mixture. In the coagulant putting step, 7-15 parts by weight of coagulant and 10-20 parts by weight of water are mixed based on 100 parts by weight of the first mixture so as to prepare a second mixture. In the second stirring step, the second mixture is stirred by using an agitator until the second mixture is uniformly mixed so as to prepare a semi-paste type third mixture. In a compression molding step, the third mixture is putted into a mold formed in a predetermined size, and the third mixture is pressed so as to form a base plate. In the drying step, the base plate is separated from the mold, and the base plate is naturally dried until a moisture content of the base plate is equal to or lower than a predetermined reference. In the attachment step, the base plate is attached to a lower surface of the stone plate by using an adhesive agent. According to the present invention, the lightweight composite board for a bed is manufactured through the above-described steps.
본 발명은 돌침대 혹은 흙침대의 상판으로 사용하기 위한 경량화된 침대용 복합 판재 및 그것의 제조방법에 관한 것에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 경량화된 침대용 복합 판재의 제조방법은 돌판 준비 단계와, 1차 교반 단계와, 응고제 투 투입단계와, 2차 교반단계와, 건조 단계와, 부착 단계를 포함한다. 돌판 준비 단계는 돌판을 일정 규격으로 가공하고, 돌판의 표면을 세척하는 단계이다. 1차 교반 단계는 황토 분체 100 중량부에 대하여, 톱밥 80 ~ 100 중량부와 숯 30 ~ 50 중량부를 서로 혼합하고, 교반기를 이용하여 고르게 섞일 때까지 교반하여 1차 혼합물을 만드는 단계이다. 응고제 투입단계는 1차 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 응고제 7 ~ 15 중량부와 물 10 ~ 20 중량부를 투입하여 2차 혼합물을 만드는 단계이다. 2차 교반 단계는 2차 혼합물을 교반기를 이용하여 고르게 섞일 때까지 교반하면서 반고체화(paste)된 3차 혼합물을 만드는 단계이다. 압착 성형단계는 3차 혼합물을 일정규격으로 마련된 성형틀에 넣고 압착하여 기초판을 성형하는 단계이다. 건조 단계는 기초판을 성형틀에서 분리한 다음, 기초판의 수분함량이 일정기준 이하가 될 때까지 기초판을 자연 건조시키는 단계이다. 부착 단계는 기초판을 돌판의 하부면에 접착제를 이용하여 부착하는 단계이다. 본 발명에 따른 경량화된 침대용 복합 판 |
