The scorched rice using leaves of Pinus koraiensis of the present invention is easy to digest, and thus can be easily eaten by anyone. 본 발명은 잣나무 잎을 이용한 누룽지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 잣나무 잎 추출물 및 잣나무 잎 분말로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유효성분과 백미를 포함함에 따라, 맛과 식감이 우수할 뿐 아니라 영양소가 풍부하면서도 소화가 쉬워 남녀노소 섭취에 부담이 없는 잣나무 잎을 이용한 누룽지를 제공한다.
