Kitchen steam scrubber

The present invention relates to a kitchen steam scrubber, and more particularly, to a kitchen steam scrubber capable of cleanly sterilizing and cleaning a greasy dish while remarkably reducing use of a detergent. The kitchen steam scrubber includes: a steam jetting unit having a cylindrical hole at an end of the scrubber to supply ionized cleaning water, which is supplied through a cleaning water supply pipe, and steam heated by a heater to the dish; an ion ceramic ball having a small ball shape and disposed in the cleaning water supply pipe to ionize the cleaning water; a scrubber unit surrounding around and coupled to an end of a handle; an adjustment switch having a protrusion shape and disposed on the handle to control the steam and an operation of the heater; a cleaning water supply pipe having a cylindrical shape and disposed inside the handle to supply the cleaning water to the scrubber unit; and an ion water jetting unit having a protrusion shape and disposed inside the scrubber to jet the ionized cleaning water to the dish. 본 발명은 주방용 스팀 수세미에 관한 것으로서 이온 세라믹 볼을 거쳐 이온 수 분출부를 통해 나오는 이온화된 세척수와 스팀 분출부를 통해 나오는 스팀을 이용하여 세제 사용을 획기적으로 줄이면서도 기름기 있는 식기를 깨끗이 살균 및 세척할 수 있도록하도록 함으로써 기존의 다량의 세제와 세척수를 사용하게 되어 수질오염을 악화시키는 문제점과 식기에 붙어서 굳어버린 음식물의 경우 세척과정이 오래걸리고 불편하다는 문제점을 해소 하도록 한 것이다.즉 본 발명은, 봉 형 수세미에 있어서 세척수 공급관을 통해 공급되는 이온화된 세척수와 히터에 의해 가열된 스팀을 식기로 공급할 수 있게 수세미 끝부분에 원통형의 구멍이 뚫린 형태로 구성한 스팀 분출부, 세척수 공급관을 통해 투입되는 세척수들이 이온화 될 수 있게 세척수 공급관 내부에 작은 볼 형태로 구성한 이온 세라믹 볼, 식기 세척을 좀 더 용이하게 할 수 있도록 손잡이 단부측에 둘러쌓아 결합시켜 구성한 수세미 부, 스팀 및 히터의 동작을 제어할 수 있게 손잡이 부분에 돌기형으로 구성한 조절 스위치, 수세미 부분이 손에 닿지 않아 청결하고 편리하게 식기를 세척할 수 있게 봉 형으로 구성한 손잡이, 수세미 부로 세척수를 공급할 수 있게 손잡이 내부에 원통형으로 구성한 세척수 공급관, 세척수 공급관을 통해 들어와 이온 세라믹 볼을 거쳐 이온화 된 세척수를 식기에 분출 할 수 있게 수세미 안쪽에 돌기형으로 구성한 이온 수 분출부, 세척수 투입을 수세미 내부에 용이하게 할 수 있게 손잡이 단부에 구성한 세척수 투입부로 구성한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 이온 세라믹 볼을 거쳐 이온 수 분출부를 통해 나오는 이온화된 세척수와 스팀 분출부를 통해 나오는 스팀을 이용하여 세제 사용을 획기적으로 줄이면서도 기름기 있는 식기를 깨끗이 살균 및 세척할 수 있도록하도록 함으로써 기존의 다량의 세제와 세척수를 사용하게 되어 수질오염을 악화시키는 문제점과 식기에 붙어서 굳어버린 음식물의 경우 세척과정이 오래걸리고 불편하다는 문제점을 해소하도록 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.
