Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for enhancing production yield of glucose produced from starch sugar as an ingredient using an enzyme derived from genus Acidothermus. The present invention can replace the acidic saccharification method having a bitter taste as a reverse reaction of hydrolysis, and a relatively high yield can be obtained by reducing the side reaction of the saccharification reaction as compared with the debranching enzyme used in the conventional enzyme saccharification method, thereby saving the costs. 본 출원은 Acidothermus 속 유래의 효소를 이용하여 전분당을 원료로 하여 생산되는 포도당의 생산 수율을 향상시킨 것에 관한 것이다. 본 출원은 가수분해의 역반응으로 쓴맛을 갖는 산 당화법을 대체할 수 있으며, 기존의 효소 당화법에 사용되는 탈분지효소에 비해 당화반응의 부반응을 감소시켜 상대적으로 높은 수율을 확보할 수 있으므로 비용을 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
