CHARGING/DISCHARGING CONTROL CIRCUIT AND BATTERY DEVICE

A charge and discharge control circuit controls charging and discharging of a secondary battery, operates between a first power supply voltage and a second power supply voltage of the secondary battery, is used in a cascade connection with other charge and discharge control circuits having the same configuration, and includes a discharge control output circuit, a discharge control output terminal, a control circuit, a discharge control input circuit, and a discharge control input terminal. The discharge control input circuit includes: a first MOS transistor of a first conductive type in which a source terminal thereof is connected to the discharge control input terminal, and which receives the first power supply voltage of the secondary battery at a gate terminal thereof; a second MOS transistor of a second conductive type in which a drain terminal and a gate terminal thereof are connected to a drain terminal of the first MOS transistor, and which receives the second power supply voltage of the secondary battery at a source terminal thereof; and a third MOS transistor of the second conductive type which makes a current mirror connection with the second MOS transistor and outputs a discharge control input signal from a drain terminal thereof.
