Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to non-halogen flame retardant foam for an automobile and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to non-halogen flame retardant foam for an automobile which is obtained by mixing a basic resin with a composition such as a foaming agent, a foaming aid, a crosslinking aid, etc. and a composite flame retardant agent added with a phosphorus flame retardant, a melamine flame retardant, and a pentaerythritol-based flame retardant. The composite flame retardant agent is contained in the minimum amount so as to solve problems such as environmental contamination and harmfulness to the human body. The non-halogen flame retardant foam has the excellent flame retardancy while preventing the decrease of physical properties of products at the same time.
본 발명은 자동차용 난할로겐 난연성 발포폼 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기본수지에 발포제, 발포보조제, 가교보조제 등의 조성물과 인계 난연제, 멜라민계 난연제 및 펜타에리스리톨계 첨가제가 혼합된 복합난연제를 혼합 사용하되, 복합난연제를 최소한의 함량으로 혼합으로써 환경오염 및 인체 유해성 문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 제품의 물성저하를 방지하는 동시에 난연성이 우수한 자동차용 난할로겐 난연성 발포폼 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
