Zusammenfassung:	A display device for an electronic device, capable of extracting a bio-signal of a user of an electronic device, comprises an organic light emitting element and a backplane. The backplane includes a drive thin film transistor driving the organic light emitting element, a capacitor positioned between the drive thin film transistor and the organic light emitting element, and a photo detector including a first upper electrode, a first lower electrode, and a light absorbing layer positioned between the first upper electrode and the first lower electrode.
