Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an animal model to which a human p.H723R mutant gene is transplanted, and an animal model of pendred syndrome which is useful for the development of therapeutic agents and further treatment methods for the pendred syndrome. In addition, provided are a method for producing the animal model of the pendred syndrome and a method for screening effective therapeutic agents for the pendred syndrome using the produced animal model. 인간 p.H723R 돌연변이 유전자가 이식된 동물 모델 및 이를 이용하여 펜드리드 증후군의 치료제 나아가 치료방법의 개발에 유용한 펜드리드 증후군 동물 모델이 제공된다. 나아가, 펜드리드 증후군 동물 모델의 제조 방법과 이를 통해 제조된 동물 모델을 이용한 펜드리드 증후군에 효과적인 치료제의 스크리닝 방법이 제공된다.
