Wavelength Selectable LED Package and LED Package Array with thereof

A wavelength selection type LED package and an LED package array using the same are provided. A wavelength selection type LED package according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: an LED element for emitting first light; a first lead terminal and a second lead terminal for providing electrical connection with the LED element; a contact agent for providing electrical connection between the LED element, the first lead terminal, the LED element and the second lead terminal; an adhesive for preventing electrical connection between the first lead terminal and the second lead terminal and maintaining the separated state between the first lead terminal and the second lead terminal; and a wavelength selection part for receiving the first light from the LED element and emitting the second light selected by the wavelength. 파장 선택형 엘이디 패키지 및 이를 이용한 엘이디 패키지 어레이가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파장 선택형 엘이디 패키지는, 제1광을 발광하는 엘이디(LED) 소자; 상기 엘이디 소자와의 전기적 연결을 제공하기 위한 제1리드단자 및 제2리드단자; 상기 엘이디 소자와 상기 제1리드단자 및 상기 엘이디 소자와 상기 제2리드단자 간의 전기적 접속을 제공하기 위한 접점제; 상기 제1리드단자와 제2리드단자 간의 전기적 연결을 방지하고, 상기 제1리드단자 및 제2리드단자 간의 분리 상태를 유지하기 위한 접착제; 및 상기 엘이디 소자로부터 상기 제1광을 제공받아 파장 선택된 제2광을 방출하는 파장 선택부;를 포함한다.
