Method of Producing Substitute for Ground Material of Base Course from Waste Adsorbents

The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a base ground material or a base ground substitutive material using a waste adsorbent generated from various production factories and business sites and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture a base ground substitutive material using a waste adsorbent, in which washed sand is added to recycled aggregates including the waste adsorbent to manufacture an environmentally-friendly base ground substitutive material with excellent permeability. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture a base ground substitutive material using a waste adsorbent comprises: a step of inputting, crushing, and selecting the recycled aggregate, the waste adsorbent, and general washed sand; a step of controlling the particle size of a selected material; a step of performing primary mixing while inputting a solidifying agent into the material with the controlled particle size; a step of secondarily selecting the mixed material; and a step of performing secondarily mixing while inputting a neutralizer into the secondarily selected material. The recycled aggregate includes foundry waste, slag, and ceramic pieces, and the waste adsorbent includes anthracite and filtering sand. 본 발명은 다양한 생산 공장 또는 사업장에서 발생되는 폐흡착재를 이용한 기층 지반재 또는 기증 지반 대체재의 제조방법에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 폐흡착재를 포함하는 재생 골재에 세척사를 첨가하여 환경 친화적이며 투수성이 우수한 기층 지반재의 제조를 위한 폐흡착재를 이용한 기층 지반재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 지층 기반재의 제조방법은 재활용 골재, 폐흡착재 및 일반 세척사를 투입하면서 분쇄하여 선별하는 단계; 상기 선별된 소재의 입도를 조절하는 단계; 상기 입도가 조절된 소재에 고화제를 투입하면서 1차 혼련을 시키는 단계; 상기 혼련된 소재를 2차로 선별하는 단계; 및 상기 2차 선별된 소재에 중화제를 투입하면서 2차 혼련을 시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 재활용 골재는 폐주물사, 광재 및 도자기 편류를 포함하고 그리고 폐흡착재는 안트라사이트 및 여과사를 포함한다.
