속뚜껑이 있는 밀폐용기

저렴하게 제조할 수 있는 단순한 구조를 구비하면서 감압 환경 하에서도 내용물의 누출을 방지할 수 있는 높은 기능을 구비한 속뚜껑이 있는 밀폐용기를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 용기 본체(2)의 개구(24)를 개폐 가능하게 덮는 겉뚜껑(3)과, 상단에 플랜지(52)을 갖는 프레임체(53)의 안쪽에 하방으로 돌출하는 돔 형상으로 프레임체에 대하여 용이하게 탄성 변형하는 격벽부(51)가 형성되어 있음과 아울러 프레임체의 외주 측면(55)이 용기 본체의 개구단측의 내면과 밀착하는 속뚜껑(5a)을 구비하고, 겉뚜껑은 탑면부(10)의 안쪽이 돔 형상의 오목부로 이루어지는 중앙 영역(12)과 상기 오목부를 환 형상으로 주회하는 둘레가장자리 영역(13)을 갖고, 닫힌 상태에서는 중앙 영역이 격벽부와 대면함과 아울러 둘레가장자리 영역이 플랜지부에 접촉하고, 상기 중앙 영역의 내면은 상기 격벽부가 상방으로 돌출하도록 변형했을 때, 상기 변형 상태에 있는 상기 격벽부의 표면적이 상기 초기 상태에 있어서의 상기 격벽부의 표면적 이하로 규제하는 형상으로 형성되어 있는 속뚜껑이 있는 밀폐용기(1a)로 하고 있다. A sealed container with an inner lid 1a includes an openable and closable outer lid 3 to cover an opening 24 of a container body 2; and an inner lid 5a including a frame 53 having a flange 52 on its upper end and a circumferential outer side-surface 55, and an easily elastically deformable partition 51 having a dome shape projecting downward inside the frame 53. The outer lid includes a central area 12 having a dome-shaped concave portion inside a top face portion 10, and a peripheral area 13 surrounding the concave portion. The central area faces the partition and the peripheral area contacts the flange portion in a closed state. The central area has an inner surface formed such that, when the partition deforms to project upward, a surface area of the deformed partition is equal to or smaller than an initial surface area thereof.
