Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method to construct a shield tunnel, which installs a precast segment made of concrete on a wall of a portion excavated by an excavator performing excavation while advancing under the ground to form an outer wall of a tunnel so as to construct a tunnel structure and, more specifically, to a method to construct a shield tunnel including a section wherein an enlarged-width ramp part to divide and branch a ramp tunnel from a main tunnel of the shield tunnel. In the method to construct a shield tunnel of the present invention, when a pipe-shaped tunnel structure is formed by installing a plurality of precast segments (1), a steel plate module (2) instead of the precast segment (1) is installed at a ramp position, where the enlarged-width ramp part is formed in the tunnel structure, in a state capable of being assembled to/disassembled from the precast segments (1). After construction of the main tunnel is completed, the adjacent ground (400) is excavated when the steel plate module (2) is removed from the tunnel structure of the main tunnel (100) and the enlarged-width ramp part (200) is formed. 본 발명은 굴착기를 이용하여 지중을 굴착 전진하면서 굴착된 부분의 벽면에 콘크리트로 이루어진 프리캐스트 세그먼트를 설치하여 터널 외벽을 형성함으로써 터널 구조체를 시공하는 쉴드터널의 시공방법으로서, 쉴드터널의 주터널(Main tunnel)에서 분기(分岐)터널(Ramp tunnel)이 갈라져서 분기(分岐)되는 "확폭 분기부"가 형성되어 있는 구간을 가지도록 쉴드터널을 시공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 쉴드터널 시공방법에서는, 복수개의 프리캐스트 세그먼트(1)를 설치하여 파이프형태의 터널 구조체를 형성할 때, 상기 터널 구조체에서 확폭 분기부(200)가 형성될 분기위치에는, 프리캐스트 세그먼트(1)를 대신하여 강재판 모듈(2)을 프리캐스트 세그먼트(1)들과 분해 조립한 가능한 상태로 설치하며, 주터널 구축 완료 후, 주터널(100)의 터널 구조체에서 강재판 모듈(2)을 제거한 상태에서 인접지반(400)을 굴착하고 확폭 분기부(200)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
