Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a light emitting apparatus capable of suppressing deterioration of a quantum dot fluorescent substance, and an image display apparatus. The light emitting apparatus comprises: a light emitting element formed on a substrate and emitting blue light; a green phosphor excited by blue light and emitting green light; a red phosphor excited by blue light and emitting red light; and a transparent resin in which the green phosphor and the red phosphor are dispersed, wherein the red phosphor is in contact with the light emitting element and the substrate, and the transparent resin includes a constituent unit derived from an ionic liquid having a polymerizable functional group. 발광 장치는, 기판에 형성되어 청색광을 발하는 발광 소자와, 청색광에 의해 여기되어 녹색광을 발하는 녹색 형광체와, 청색광에 의해 여기되어 적색광을 발하는 적색 형광체와, 상기 녹색 형광체 및 상기 적색 형광체가 내부에 분산된 투명 수지를 구비하고, 적색 형광체는 발광 소자 및 기판에 접촉하고, 투명 수지는, 중합성 관능기를 갖는 이온 액체에서 유래되는 구성 단위를 포함한다.
