The outdoor unit of an air conditioner is an outdoor of an air conditioner composed of at least one first unit and at least one second unit, wherein the first unit comprises: a first case forming an outer appearance; and an outdoor heat exchanger and a ventilation fan installed in the first case. The second unit comprises: a second case forming an outer appearance; and a compressor and an electronic portion installed in the second case, wherein the first unit and the second unit are provided as an individual device.
