Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a heterogeneous metal welding method between stainless steel and carbon steel to improve welding quality, and a welded part thereof. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the heterogeneous metal welding method between stainless steel and carbon steel comprises: a step of preparing stainless steel including C 0.08 weight percent of C, 1 weight percent of Si, 2 weight percent of Mn, 0.045 weight percent of P, 10 to 14 weight percent of Ni, 16 to 18 weight percent of Cr, and 2 to 3 weight percent of Mo; a step of preparing carbon steel including 0.21 weight percent of C, 0.15 to 0.4 weight percent of Si, 0.6 to 0.8 weight percent of Mn, 0.035 weight percent of P; and a step of welding the stainless steel and the carbon steel, wherein welding is performed under a welding condition with a current of 160 to 360 A, a voltage of 24 to 28 V, speed of 22 to 26 mm/s, and an input heat of 10.4 to 23.4 kJ/cm.
본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 스테인리스강과 탄소강의 이종금속 용접방법은, 탄소(C) 0.08 wt%, 실리콘(Si) 1 wt%, 망간(Mn) 2 wt%, 인(P) 0.045 wt%, 니켈(Ni) 10 내지 14 wt%, 크롬(Cr) 16 내지 18 wt%, 몰리브덴 2 내지 3 wt%를 포함하는 스테인리스강을 준비하는 단계; 탄소(C) 0.21 wt%, 실리콘(Si) 0.15 내지 0.4 wt%, 망간(Mn) 0.6 내지 0.8 wt%, 인(P) 0.035%를 포함하는 탄소강을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 스테인리스강과 상기 탄소강을 용접하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 용접하는 단계에서 전류 160 A 내지 360 A, 전압 24 V 내지 28 V, 속도 22 mm/s 내지 26 mm/s, 입열량 10.4 kJ/cm 내지 23.4 kJ/cm의 용접조건으로 용접하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
