Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an intake sensor assembly, and more particularly, to an intake sensor assembly for measuring the pressure, flow rate, and humidity of air mixed with fresh air and recirculated exhaust gas. The intake sensor assembly comprises: a MEMS structure disposed on an air flow path through which the air mixed with fresh air and recirculated exhaust gas is introduced; a pressure measuring unit, a flow rate measuring unit, and a humidity measuring unit disposed in the MEMS structure; and a printed circuit board having a flow rate measuring unit and a circuit unit electrically connected to the humidity measuring unit and processing each measurement value. Accordingly, the measurement error in accordance with a position can be minimized, and manufacturing is easily performed so that manufacturing costs can be reduced.
