| Zusammenfassung: | A semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pad including a first part connected to a voltage supply line in a normal connection state and a second part electrically separable from the first part; a connection part connecting the first part and the second part based on a connection signal; and a detection unit for generating a defect detection signal based on a test mode signal and a voltage of the second part. Accordingly, the present invention can detect a contact failure of a power pad.
