Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to fish jelly products containing an unwashed Tetraodontidae frozen paste and a Tetraodontidae extract, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The fish jelly products containing the unwashed Tetraodontidae frozen paste of the present invention are produced by mixing 3 to 12 wt% of poison-removed unwashed Tetraodontidae frozen paste, 65 to 75 wt% of a Nemipterus virgatus frozen paste, 10 to 15 wt% of a hot water extract of Tetraodontidae residues (Brix 10°) and residual side ingredients.
