| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a combined herbal composition having the effect of preventing and improving dementia symptoms. More specifically, the composition comprises 1 to 10 parts by weight of an Eleutherococcus senticosus extract and 1 to 10 parts by weight of phytoceramide, with respect to 10 parts by weight of an Angelica giganta extract. In particular, it has the effect of alleviating cytotoxicity caused by beta-amyloid and inhibiting memory impairment, and prevents and improves dementia symptoms.
본 발명은 치매증상의 예방 및 개선효능을 갖는 복합생약 조성물에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 참당귀 추출물 10 중량부에 대하여 가시오가피 추출물 1~10 중량부와 파이토세라마이드(phytoceramide) 1~10 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 특히 베타아밀로이드(beta-amyloid)에 의한 세포독성을 완화하고 기억력의 손상을 억제하여 치매증상을 예방 및 개선하는 효능을 갖는 생약 조성물에 관한 것이다. |
