The clothes treating apparatus comprises: a cabinet having an opening portion; a clothes accommodating portion provided in the cabinet and performing at least one of a washing course for removing foreign matters of clothes and a drying course for drying the clothes containing moisture; a door for opening and closing the opening portion; a control panel provided in the door to display a status of the clothes accommodating portion, or receiving an operation command for performing at least one of the washing course and the drying course; and a fixing portion for fixing the location of the control panel and reducing vibration. 본 발명은 개구부를 구비하는 캐비닛, 상기 캐비닛 내부에 구비되어 의류의 이물질을 제거하는 세탁행정과 수분이 함유된 의류를 건조하는 건조행정 중 적어도 어느 하나를 수행하는 의류수용부, 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 도어, 상기 도어 내부에 구비되어 상기 의류수용부의 상태를 표시하거나, 상기 세탁행정과 건조행정 중 적어도 어느 하나를 수행하는 작동명령을 입력받는 컨트롤패널, 상기 컨트롤패널의 위치를 고정하고 진동을 감쇄하는 고정부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
